Buying a house?  C21 Premier can help.   First meet with your local C21 Premier agent for a buyer's consulation to discuss your wants and needs, location and price  Second get your finances in order, and be fully approved with all docs turned into your lender.   Be sure to give a copy of your lender approval letter to your C21 Premire agent!  Be prepared to look as soon as a house  comes on the market.  You can’t wait till the weekend to look because it will be gone.  If you can, try to schedule showings during your lunch break.  Buying a home is one the largest investment you will ever make, so surely you can make time to see the house that could be your dream home.  Do your homework…know which areas you prefer to live in.  Take a weekend to drive around and look at different neighborhoods, check out the school system if that’s a concerned for you, or if you are concerned about the crime rate call the local police department for the best stats.  Whatever your concerns maybe please take the time to verify.
